Pat M. Fisher
Pat M. Fisher is on the CAEP Advisory Board and is a certified facilitator for the Introductory Seminar, Workshop I and Workshop II. Pat was a former athletics administrator and coach at Division I Lafayette College. While at Lafayette College as an administrator and among her many responsibilities, Pat oversaw NCAA compliance and worked with the financial aid office. Her over 40 years of experience have yielded excellence in teaching, coaching and administration. Pat is a Hall of Fame inductee at Lehigh Valley Basketball Association, East Stroudsburg University and Easton High School. In addition, she has received the Patriot League and East Coast Conference Coach of the Year Awards and Teacher of the Year Award with Easton Area High School. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from East Stroudsburg State College and a Master’s equivalency degree in athletics administration from East Stroudsburg University.
Garrett L. Knapp
Garrett L. Knapp currently serves as district trainer for Blockbuster video. Garrett is a former baseball collegiate athlete who was a scholarship athlete and letterwinner at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Garrett went on to coach baseball at both the high school and Legion levels for five years. He has used his background in marketing and management to successfully be a district trainer for Blockbuster Video. Garrett’s experience in working with others to reach their goals will be provided as he assists student-athletes and their parents or legal guardians in the Collegiate Athlete Educational Program.
