Becky Hughes
Becky Hughes is currently administrative director of Texas Advantage Volleyball, voted the top junior volleyball club in Texas 2004 & 2005. Becky oversees hiring and training of coaches and players, facilitating players’ collegiate opportunities, and facilities scheduling, Becky has accumulated over 30 years as a successful player, teacher, coach and administrator at the collegiate level. In addition, Becky is experiential learning program facilitator at Camp Thurman in Arlington, Texas. Honors include coaching two NAIA Hall of Fame players and 15 All Americans, receiving the Earl Brown Distinguished Faculty of the Year Award at Texas Wesleyan University, being inducted into Halls of Fame at Texas Wesleyan University and Arlington High School, and receiving the George J. Fisher Leader in Volleyball Award. Becky has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian education from Biola University and a Master of Arts degree in education at Texas Wesleyan University.

Michele Furlong
Michele Furlong brings a wealth of experience in the athletics arena and the corporate sector. She was a high school athlete playing with Sports Performance Club (Chicago) and became a scholarship athlete at Washington State and Wichita State. She was also a coach (IMPACT certified) with Sports Performance, Nashville Magic, Dallas Summit, and Texas Advantage plus coached the men's team at Washington State. Currently, Michele is a national referee with USA Volleyball and the Professional Association of Volleyball Officials. In addition, she is regional sales manager with LGInternational, working with customers to develop custom solutions and engineer materials. Michele has conducted presentations for parents, players, coaches and referees. She has a passion for assisting parents, student-athletes and those under her tutelage so that they more closely reach their capabilities. Michele received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University.

Robert L. Selders, Jr.
Robert L. Selders, Jr. has merged careers in engineering and exercise science to bring a unique perspective to Collegiate Athlete. Currently, Robert is president and principal consultant for 3Q Fitness Consultants, providing fitness and sports performance training services. He also interfaces with field application engineers and customers with National Semiconductor Corporation. Robert's career preparation began as a letter-winner and full scholarship athlete in football and baseball at Southern University and A & M College. He was also selected as one of the nation's top personal trainers by AAPT and co-authored The Power of Champions with Phil Kaplin. Robert holds two Master of Science degrees: one in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, the other in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A & M College.

Kathy Goodlett.
Kathy Goodlett comes to Collegiate Athlete with a wealth of experience as a teacher, coach, administrator and presenter over the course of 30 years. Recently, Kathy has been adjunct professor and supervisor of student teachers at Texas A & M - Commerce. Her background also includes coordinator of health and physical education with Mesquite Independent School District, junior commissioner for the North Texas Region of the United States Volleyball Association, and head volleyball coach at East Texas State University. Kathy was selected as the Lone Star Conference Coach of the Year in 1989 and was inducted into the East Texas State University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2004. Kathy holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas Woman's University.
